Fight Depression

At one point or another, we've all felt the effects of depression. Somthing happens to bring us down for a day or two. It's hard to shake that low feeling, but eventually the darkness passes and we return to our normal selves.

It's when those feelings don't pass quickly, and they hang on for weeks or even months at a time that we need to seek outside help. When you can't seem to find the energy to get out of bed in the morning, or you avoid your friends and family, depression has taken hold of your life. It can become a deadly game if you don't find a way to win the battle.

Depression can rob you of the things you know you used to enjoy. It can leave you with feelings of hopelessness and loneliness. But, it doesn't have to be this way. If you think you might be suffering from depression, the Free Webinar being held this Wednesday, June 4, 2008 might be able to help.

Join the author of Transforming Depression: The HeartMath® Solution to Feeling Overwhelmed, Sad, and Stressed, psychologist Deborah Rozman, Ph.D., as she offers simple and effective strategies for treating low-grade depression and increasing energy and creativity to help you reconnect with the world around you and experience a brighter future.
